Sarah Hay

I have the best job! Helping people follow their calling to serve in Europe, preparing them and then supporting them once they are in their ministry placement is so rewarding. I get to see God at work every day.

Sarah is responsible for overseeing the mobilisation, recruitment and preparation of new missionaries and short-term volunteers.  She also provides HR support for the ECMB office.  In addition, she provides member care support to the ECMB missionaries on the field, to enable them to remain effective, fruitful and resilient in their ministry.

She is married to Rob, who works for the Church of England, and they live in Market Harborough.  They have 2 young adult sons.  Sarah also led an MA in Member Care for several years and is a visiting lecturer for the MA in Staff Care and Wellbeing at All Nations Christian College.
