Help us make disciples who make disciples

Here in Albania we want to be disciples who make disciples of people living in Albania, and we long to see them trained and empowered to also make disciples. We want to give people living in Albania the opportunity to understand the Kingdom of God in their own communities, and then be equipped to pass on this knowledge to others. We are looking for people who share this vision and are willing to come to Albania long-term (or short-term), to serve with this focus. 

Description
As Albanian churches continue to grow in maturity we see our part is to join various ministries and serving alongside national leadership in different churches and church plants.

As a team we are involved in evangelism, discipleship, children's ministry, youth work, small Bible study groups, preaching and serving on church leadership teams. Some members of our team are also serving and working within their professional fields such as medicine. 

Qualities
You are an active member of your church and are involved in making disciples. You have completed relevant education, including cross-cultural studies, or have relevant work experience. You also either speak Albanian or are willing to learn the language. 

Placement
During your time of language study in the capital city of Tirana, we will prayerfully discern together the best placement for you, depending on current needs in the churches, and your gifts, skills and interests.
